    Bangalore  ·  Full-Time  ·  1–3 Years Experience

    ABOUT MAGRON NOVUS

Magron Novus is building the next generation of electric vehicles — combining connected vehicle systems, predictive safety technologies, and proprietary charging innovations. We're not just making EVs; we're rethinking how intelligent, modern mobility works at scale. Our mission is to make electric mobility smarter, safer, and more seamless.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a highly driven, street-smart generalist who thrives on solving hard problems and getting things done. As a Founder's Office Associate, you'll work directly with the founders on our most critical priorities — from fundraising and strategic partnerships to market intelligence, hiring, and special projects.

No two days will be the same. You might own a vendor negotiation one week, a pitch deck the next, and a partnership outreach sprint the week after. This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, takes ownership instinctively, and wants a front-row seat to building a high-growth deep-tech startup.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your primary focus will span three areas:

    Strategy & Execution

    • Work directly with founders on business-critical priorities and special projects

    • Build processes, track key metrics, and drive operational efficiency

    Research & Intelligence

    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence

    • Track industry trends across EV, mobility, and deep-tech ecosystems

    Growth & Partnerships

    • Drive outreach for strategic partnerships, grants, and accelerator programs

    • Support fundraising initiatives and investor pipeline management

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • 1–3 years in startups, consulting, founder's office, or similar fast-paced environments

    • Resourceful problem-solver — you figure things out without waiting for a playbook

    • High ownership mindset; you care about outcomes, not just tasks

    • Comfortable juggling priorities and making decisions under ambiguity

    WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

    • Direct exposure to founder-level decision-making from day one

    • Ownership of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives

    • Steep learning curve and accelerated career trajectory

    • The opportunity to help build a category-defining mobility company from the ground up
